Broad experience in field development leadership for complex reservoir settings including management of large development projects, delivering well and reservoir management activities, executing drilling campaigns and delivering key business processes such as reserves and business planning. Experience from the North Sea, Africa and the Middle East.
Technical expertise within development and reservoir management of tight fractured reservoirs (carbonates/chalks) with current world class 4D seismic and reservoir modeling integration experience.
Experienced in asset management with current hands on experience from leading an offshore hub cost transformation project with focus on asset process safety, integrity and implementation of continuous improvement processes.
Proven record in building credibility and trust within a non-Shell organization enabling strong delivery in leadership roles. Known for constant focus and care for building strong teams with specific emphasis on people development and for building strong relationships across internal organizational boundaries and within Joint Venture partner settings.
